What Families Are Saying

SK

Siriwan Kaewsombat

Bangkok, Thailand

"I started with the Document Filing Toolkit after my mother-in-law passed and we spent three weeks trying to work out where everything was. I didn't want my own children to go through that. The templates are clear and practical β€” I had everything organised within a month."

James Chalermwong

Sukhumvit, Bangkok

"We used the Family Meeting Facilitation when my parents wanted to talk through how they'd like to handle things. The facilitator was calm and kept us on track when the conversation started to drift. It took longer than I expected β€” roughly a full day β€” but we came out with a written summary that everyone agreed on."

Nanthida Prasong

Lad Phrao, Bangkok

"My father is 78 and has a lot of stories. I wanted to record them properly before they were only in my memory. Siriporn ran the sessions gently and he opened up in ways he never had before. The written document she produced is something we'll keep for generations."

Sathorn, Bangkok

"As a British expat with assets in two countries, I found the Filing Toolkit particularly well-suited to a mixed picture. The international account section saved me a lot of back-and-forth. I now have one document that covers everything and know my wife could find what she needs without calling anyone."

Apinya Thirawat

Nonthaburi, Thailand

"We had a difficult family meeting to navigate β€” different opinions and a fair amount of unspoken history. I was worried it would go badly. Priya set a clear structure at the start and managed to keep it professional without being cold. We didn't resolve everything, but we left on better terms than we arrived."

Kannika Limthong

Phra Nakhon, Bangkok

"The Legacy Storytelling sessions were conducted in Thai and English depending on what my grandmother was most comfortable with at that moment. Siriporn managed the switch seamlessly. The final document is in both languages. I didn't expect that level of flexibility and it made a significant difference."

Detailed Client Journeys

A Bangkok professional, 58, using the Document Filing Toolkit

Starting Point

A retired financial consultant had documents in three different locations β€” a filing cabinet at home, a safety deposit box, and a folder in a drawer nobody else knew about. He had no single record of what existed or where to look. His adult children were not aware of several key accounts.

What Was Done

He worked through the Document Filing Toolkit over three weekends. Using the category-based inventory format, he consolidated records across all three locations into a single document with clear location references. He shared a copy with his daughter.

Where Things Ended Up

Complete inventory covering seventeen asset categories. One reference document, accessible by two family members. He described the result as "finally sorting out something I'd been meaning to do for ten years."

"The structure was exactly what I needed. I'm not disorganised in other areas of my life, but somehow this had never happened."

Three adult siblings using Family Meeting Facilitation

Starting Point

Three siblings living in Bangkok, Chiang Mai, and Singapore needed to discuss how they'd manage their elderly parents' affairs as they aged. Previous attempts at the conversation had ended in argument. One sibling was reluctant to participate at all.

What Was Done

A facilitated full-day meeting was held in Bangkok with all three present. The facilitator ran a structured agenda agreed in advance, kept the discussion on topic when it became heated, and noted areas of agreement as they emerged. The meeting ran for six hours with breaks.

Where Things Ended Up

Summary notes covering four agreed points and two areas where views still differed. All three siblings described the outcome as more productive than previous attempts. One later returned for the Filing Toolkit as an individual.

"Having someone in the room who wasn't part of the family changed everything. We actually listened to each other."
