Every Trustacre service begins with a brief introductory conversation — usually by phone or in person — to understand your starting point and what you'd like to achieve. This isn't a sales step. It's a practical conversation that helps us make sure the service you're considering is the right fit for your situation.
From there, each service follows a structured format developed over seven years of working with families in Bangkok. The frameworks are consistent, but the delivery adapts to your pace and your family's particular context.
All services are delivered in English or Thai. For families where both are in use, we manage the shift naturally rather than requiring everyone to work in a single language.

Guided sessions to capture family history, memories, and stories into a written or recorded keepsake. This service is for people who want to preserve their own story or the story of someone important to them — while there's still time to do it in the person's own words.

- Three to five structured guided sessions
- Written document capturing key memories, people, places, and decisions
- Optional audio recording alongside the written version
- One round of review and light editing before final delivery
How it works:
- 1 Initial conversation to understand the scope and who the sessions will focus on
- 2 Series of guided sessions using open-ended prompts, held at your pace
- 3 Coordinator compiles material into a draft document or recording
- 4 Review and final delivery of the keepsake

A neutral facilitator helps relatives hold a calm, structured conversation about plans; informal and non-binding. This service is for families who want to discuss how personal affairs will be handled — and want a professional to help keep the conversation focused and constructive.

- Preparatory call to agree the agenda and meeting format
- Facilitated half-day or full-day family meeting
- Summary notes of what was discussed and any points of agreement reached
- Available in English, Thai, or both
How it works:
- 1 Preparatory call with the lead family contact to set the agenda
- 2 Optional brief call with other family members ahead of the meeting
- 3 Facilitated meeting at your preferred location in Bangkok or our Chatuchak office
- 4 Summary notes sent within three working days
